Thoughts and Vision
“Our community lacks mutual understanding. People of our community have their own vision and type of views. When all their thoughts and vision collide with each other, it results in disputes and conflicts. These conflict in turn destroys the peace of the community. The people have no mutual understanding. The people of our community are very talented and is skilled in various fields. There are expertised professionals in the field of medicine, technology, education, politics, religion etc. we are in need of a platform where all the people can come together to discuss the problems of the community. We are in need of a perfect platform. Every member of our community is a leader who hold power but lack will power. A proper Zakath system should be implemented to get rid of the poverty of our community. We should try not to waste money on huge parties, weddings and other irrelevant functions. Alhamdulillah, the education system of our community is quite good. But we still lack quality and skill development. Most of the people of our community is talented but they lack the platform to perform and few are unaware of their talent. Another important factor for the development of our community is trust. Earlier, other communities used to trust us in every single business. But today, the trust and bond are degrading and weakening gradually due to fraud and illegal activities. This should change. We should be genuine and true when it comes to business. Trust is an important element for humans. One should never break it. We should be honest and truthful throughout our life. We should understand the value of the money. Every person work hard to earn money for living. So we must respect and acknowledge the true value of money. We shouldn’t cheat or commit fraud. The main motto of our U.B. Cooperation is to maintain the trust with our clients and dealers.” – Thoughts expressed by Mr. Mohammed U.B.
