Early Life and Career

Mr. Waaheid Kayrkhan was born on 11th March, 1974 to parents Hajee Abdul Raheem K and B.M Rukya at Pandeshwar Mangalore. Having completed his education in Milagres College Mangalore, Mr. Waaheid moved to Bangalore in the year 1992 where he managed to learn and work part-time, simultaneously. He joined Teekays group as a field staff and was uplifted to client service in light of his excellent performance within a matter of years.

In the year 2008, a man of deeds, unafraid to venture into the unknown, Mr. Waaheid Kayrkhan with the blessings of the Almighty along with support and confidence from his better half Shaika, guidance from Mr Abdul Raheem Teekay, started “Theme Group”. Theme’s expertise is in space planning, designing, and implementation based on client’s needs and tastes, and is involved in various successful undertakings. It is said that behind every successful man stands a strong, wise, and hardworking woman. Theme Group during its initial stage functioned from home, with an only Co-worker who has fostered unconditional love and support. None other than Ms. Shaika, her vigorous encouragement has gone a long way in helping Theme Group face and overcome every single impediment along its way to glory.

Theme Group’s big break came in the form of a contract from Compass Logistics, Indiranagar, Bangaluru. Ever since, there has been absolutely no looking back, whatsoever. Theme ship has since sailed a long way, promising and delivering perfection, consistently, thriving even in the face of overwhelming obstacles. Theme Group’s elite clientele include ZYNGA, DTDC, NASSCOM, BLUE STAR INFOTECH etc.  On a mission to be a preferred service partner to customers looking at high quality and professional services and a motto of providing the right expertise at the right time in the right pace to create value for the customer at every stage of the interior’s life-cycle, Theme group hinges on its core values of Integrity, Passion, and Trust with Customers and Partners. Theme Group has also expanded its services and cater to various clients in the Middle East as well. Deciding not to rest on his laurels, Mr. Waaheid Kayrkhan in collaboration with 2 other directors started Tranquil Assets, a construction company in the year 2013 with the sole purpose of providing affordable properties to customers with top notch quality in their segment. Ventilation, Amenities, Quality, and Value for Money are the hallmark of Tranquil Assets.  Mr. Waaheid is credited with founding Theme D’Artz India Pvt. Ltd., a turnkey interior design company with wife Shaika and his brother Hameed Kayrkhan as additional directors.
